Rather than mass-producing bulk seasonal inventory that sits in third-party warehouses, each piece is individually crafted, printed, and inspected upon order confirmation. This standard guarantees garment freshness, sharp print precision, and zero textile overproduction.
STAGE 1: CRAFTING & QUALITY INSPECTION (2–4 BUSINESS DAYS)
Once your order is confirmed, it enters our dedicated garment production cycle:
- Printing & Curing: 2 to 4 business days. High-density screen prints and direct-to-garment artworks are applied to our heavyweight compact combed cotton blanks.
- Manual Quality Inspection: Every piece undergoes a strict physical check for color accuracy, stitching durability, and print finish before being packaged for transit.
- Order Modifications: Because production begins promptly, requests to modify sizes or delivery details should be sent to info@franklinunit.com within 12 hours of order placement.
STAGE 2: WORLDWIDE TRACKED SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMELINES
Parcels depart our production hubs via dedicated air freight lines, with final-mile door-to-door delivery handled by trusted local postal and courier services:
- Italy: 7–12 business days (final delivery via Poste Italiane / SDA / GLS).
- European Union (Germany, France, Spain, etc.): 7–12 business days (final delivery via local national courier).
- United States: 6–10 business days (final delivery via USPS).
- United Kingdom: 6–10 business days (final delivery via Royal Mail / Evri).
- Canada, Australia & Rest of World: 10–16 business days.

DOOR-TO-DOOR TRACKING & CUSTOMS (NO SURPRISE CHARGES)
Real-Time Tracking: You will receive an automated dispatch email containing your door-to-door tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves the facility. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to reflect initial air transit scans.
Customs & Duties (DDP): Orders shipped to Italy, the European Union, the United States, and the United Kingdom are dispatched under pre-cleared duty-paid protocols (DDP/IOSS). All VAT and import clearance are handled at dispatch — you will not be charged unexpected customs clearance fees at delivery.

We stand firmly behind the build and print quality of every Franklin Unit piece. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or in the wrong size or model compared to what you ordered:
We provide a 100% free immediate replacement or full refund without requiring you to return the defective piece. Simply email info@franklinunit.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
14-DAY RETURN & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY
In accordance with consumer protection regulations, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
- Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from perfumes or odors, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.
- Return Shipping: Because each piece is crafted on demand specifically for each order, return shipping costs for personal preference, change of mind, or size selection are the customer's responsibility via a tracked shipping service.

HOW TO START A RETURN & REFUND TIMELINE
To initiate a return, send an email to info@franklinunit.com stating your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your preference. Our client support team will provide complete step-by-step return instructions and return center details within 24 hours.
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our client center, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
